Big blue digital clock shows 10:00 alarm when no alarm is set

Closed since it's an API limitation

This is how the alarm api works unfortunately, It reports the next alarm in the AlarmAPI and some apps such as TODO apps and other time sensitive apps use it to schedule alarms. Using the API, I can only get the next alarm.
