Fullscreen notifications show everytime 2x when play/pause media is pressed or when there is a persistent

Every time I enter the standby app, the fullscreen notification appears twice when I have some permanent notifications (vpn, dnd, messenger bubbles). And also, every time I press play or pause, the full-screen notification appears for the media playing. Thanks!

True, one solution would be to show notifications only once each.
