Light sensor scale

Done! The light sensor sensitivity slider now shows clear "Less sensitive" / "More sensitive" labels at each end, so the direction is obvious at a glance — lower only triggers Night Mode in near-darkness, higher triggers it in brighter rooms too. Also tidied up the visual hierarchy of the section and localized the new labels across all supported languages. Thanks for the suggestion! 🙌
