Manual Weather Location for All Setups
Previous post was marked complete but there is only a manual weather option sometimes. On, for example, the dashboards, this option does not seem to exist.

Cool beans! Thanks for the quick fix.
Thanks for flagging this. The dashboards (Command Center and LCARS / Star Trek) now honor the manual location you set in the Weather widget instead of requiring GPS, so weather will show for your chosen city even without location permission. This will be available in the next version.
