Add an option to stop the automatic rotation of quotes. They currently change roughly every minute, which some users find distracting.

Done! We've added an "Auto-rotate quotes every hour" toggle to the Quotes widget (Category tab). Turn it off and the quote will stay put — and you can still tap the refresh button to change it whenever you like. It's on by default so nothing changes unless you want it to.
Note: the rotation actually happens once per hour (on each hour change), not every minute. Either way, you can now stop it. Shipping in an upcoming release. Thanks for the suggestion!
