The timer alarm plays with the notification volume, and cannot be changed...
On my device, alarm volume is at max and notification volume is at like 10%...

Fixed! The timer alarm now plays on the dedicated alarm audio stream, so it follows your alarm volume instead of the notification volume. Marking this as completed — thanks for reporting!
