Yeah, it's good you're having history of app changes, but you can leave a link to get changes without increasing app weight, when it comes to description on Google Play Store, make it more intuitive like I said in previous time

The app size increase for this is minimal (2 bytes per letter) and the current solution provides a better experience compared to a link. If in the future I feel like this is an issue, I'll look for another solution.
